Returns

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

The item must be in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Opened or used Ayurvedic oils, supplements, or personal care products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.
